Basic WATSU® March 8-10
Instructor - Cameron West & Coteacher - Maria Kilgo
Basic WATSU® is a 20 hr experiential class. Opening moves are introduced, focusing on deepening presence, and understanding of breath connection. Experience the feeling of lightness with another. Establishing the rhythm of the moves and stretches to come. Learn how floating someone at your heart draws you into a continuum, a moving as water, and a profound sense of stillness.
