Please plan to arrive between 6:30 - 7 p.m. and the sound bath will be from 7 to 8 p.m. Social hour from 8 - 9 p.m. will follow.
You're invited to a blissful sound bath experience! Join us for an evening of deep relaxation and rejuvenating soothing sounds and vibrations wash over you, melting away stress and tension. Immerse yourself in a meditative journey filled with crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, and other enchanting instruments. Discover the transformative power of sound as it harmonizes your mind, body, and spirit.
Bring your yoga mat, pillow, and a blanket and prepare to transcend into deep relaxation. You are welcome to bring refreshments (snacks, kombucha, wine) to enjoy with friends following.
